Neurodiversity in the workplace

Expertise 

I’ve worked as an Organisational Psychologist for 10 years in various high-level corporate roles. I have a Masters degree in both Organisational Psychology AND Clinical Psychology.

 

I’ve provided internal and external consultancy services in public, private and non for profit sectors across a wide range of industries. I’ve led various high-level projects in organisational development, change management, and management consulting.

 

I’m accredited in PRINCE2 (project management), various team building tools (TMS and Belbins), and change management (Prosci).

​

My expertise, knowledge and skill set in organisational and clinical psychology uniquely positions me to provide consultancy services to organisations in mental health wellbeing.

Service Offerings 

I have a special interest in supporting organisations to be more neuro-affirming and inclusive, particularly in neurodiversity affirming policies, processes, support, education, and coaching.

 

My current organisational service offerings include executive coaching, workshops, cultural change programs, and organisational development consultancy. I have a special interest in supporting organisations to be neurodivergent affirming.

 

In the workplace, individuals with Autism experience more challenges, harassment, bullying, and various forms of discrimination during employment.

 

I aim to develop, deliver and evaluate bespoke consultancy services so that we can better support our neurokin.
