Our approach

We want to see your favourite cat videos and sci-fi memes, and to hear all about your current SPINs.

We're passionate about self-care and self-compassion, and will actively role model this for you.

We spend a significant amount of time exploring what you think good therapy looks and feels like, and what you want from therapy. We believe (and will actively role model) in striving to have authentic and rich connections with people who understand and accept you the way you are- quirks and all.

Tools used

In therapy sessions, we are led by you and your goals. When able to, we work intuitively to interweave a myriad of tools including these approaches:

  • Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)

  • Internal Family Systems (‘Parts Work’)

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) adapted to our neurokin

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT and RO-DBT- only the ND affirming parts!)

  • Schema Therapy adapted to neurokin, only where respectful and appropriate

We offer a CBT-free zone!
